These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of B2B Bali DMC (TM) Private Limited, Parent Company to B2B Bali DMC's Website, located at https://b2bbalidmc.com .

Important Message : By accessing this website we assume you accept these Term & Conditions . Do not continue to use B2B Bali DMC if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.


Introduction

  • Reservation & Booking, Pricing & Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy are applicable/effective from the date of booking.
  • To qualify for the Honeymoon Inclusions as Honeymooner, a minimum of 3 Nights stay is required (to be specified at the time of booking - a copy of marriage certificate/registration dated less than 03 months to be presented at booking time). The marriage registration certificate is the only authorised document to avail the same. The rejection of this document may lead to cancellation of honeymoon offers. The honeymoon offers mentioned are complimentary requests made by the DMC to respective resort/hotel/villas (stay partner). The fulfilment of service depends upon the stay partners.
  • During pick up from the airport, on arrival day, the driver will wait a maximum of 60 min, from your flight arrival time, given to us. After that the extra charges for waiting at the airport will be applied, which the guest will need to discuss & pay directly to the driver.
  • B2B Bali DMC will not be responsible for E-SIM calling connection, internet service, and connectivity with the device. The same will have to be reported to our local E-SIM service provider at the airport counter.
  • If a traveller is not able to travel due to missing any of the documents mandatory to travel that is passport/visa (incorrect details) he/she is not liable for refund under a “non-refundable booking.” B2B Bali will not be responsible for any grounded/cancelled/delayed flights. Any cancellation requests for flights will have to be placed with the airlines or flight booking partner.
  • Entertaining early check-in or late check-out requests is solely based on the discretion of the hotel. B2B Bali will not be able to process cancellation requests owing to non-availability of these requests.
  • On cancelling flights/hotels/experiences/ferry/cab marked “Non-Refundable” on the final travel vouchers, customers will be eligible for a zero refund. No-show will be marked as “Non-Refundable”. This condition applied irrespective of internal payments made to our vendors/partners DMC/hotels/resorts/villas/flight/tour operators.
  • Cancellation of flights/hotels/experience/ferry/cab marked “Non-Refundable” on the final travel vouchers, due to delay in payment/ payment not made/automatic release of booking due to non-payment by customer/traveller. The latter will be eligible for zero refund. No-show will be marked “Non-Refundable”. This condition is applicable irrespective of internal payments made to our vendors/ partners/DMC/hotels/resorts/villas/flight/operators/ consolidators.
  • Cancellation of flights/hotels/experiences/ferry/cab marked or unmarked as “Non-Refundable” “pay at hotel/pay at property” on the final travel vouchers, due to delay in payment/ payment not made/ automatic release of booking due to non-payment by customer/traveller. The latter will be eligible for a zero refund. No-show will be marked as “Non-Refundable”. This condition applied irrespective of internal payments made to our vendors/partners DMC/hotels/resorts/villas/flight/tour operators/consolidators/hosts.
  • For Flights marked as “Refundable” on the final travel vouchers, customers will receive a refund as per the details mentioned under the “Cancellation Policy” section of the product and also in the final itinerary shared over the registered email.
  • In case of Additional flights booked and mentioned in the package directly by B2B Bali DMC, the DMC is not liable to refund a customer for cancellation of flight or auto release of booking due to invalid details/ customer who is not allowed to board the flight because of invalid passports (validity expired, damaged passports)/ shared wrong/old /invalid passport details or passport.
  • In case of Additional flights booked and mentioned in the package directly by B2B Bali. Customers are expected to reach the airport ahead of their boarding time (at least 2 hours prior to boarding time). B2B Bali is not responsible to refund customers (for cases wherein airport transfers are not planned by us) who miss their flights owing to delayed arrival at the airport.
  • In case of Additional flights booked and mentioned in the package directly by B2B Bali. For cases wherein airport transfers are planned by B2B Bali, flight cancellations due to delayed transfers owing to unforeseen circumstances specific to a region will not be borne by DMC.
  • In case of Additional flights booked and mentioned in the package directly by B2B Bali. Details about baggage limitations (cabin and check-in) will be furnished as part of the final travel vouchers. Additional costs owing to breached baggage limits or baggage denied by airlines due to size will have to be paid by the customer/agent.
  • In case of Additional flights booked and mentioned in the package directly by B2B Bali. Certain flight carriers (LCC like Ryanair, Vueling, Voltea etc.) have a mandatory web check-in policy. Failure to comply with this could result in an additional cost to be paid at the airport. B2B Bali is not liable to refund customers in such circumstances.
  • In case of Additional flights booked and mentioned in the package directly by B2B Bali. B2B Bali will set meal preferences for customers with airline carriers upon request. However, B2B Bali has no control over the availability and quality of meals served on the flight. This will be controlled completely by the airline.
  • On cancelling hotels which have been marked as “Non-Refundable” on the final travel vouchers, the customer will be eligible for a zero refund.
  • For hotels which have been marked as “Refundable” on the final travel vouchers, refunds and their timelines will be applicable as mentioned under the “Cancellation Policy & Refund Policy” section of the product and in the final itinerary shared over email or any other social media.
  • While B2B Bali strives to provide the best hotels with world-class amenities, we cannot be held responsible for factors such as hotel staff behaviour, cleanliness and quality of accommodation. Additional costs owing to on-trip room upgrades and additional amenities will be borne by the customer. B2B Bali does booking only for resorts in Bali and not for the transfers provided by them. The Services of Transfers are provided by the resorts itself and are on chargeable basis. All hotels changed on-trip (Hotels booked per itinerary cancelled and new hotels booked) will entail a 100% cancellation fee.
  • The complimentary inclusions of the property are dynamic & keep on changing with the change of weather, climate, calamity or exchange of other offers provided including the discounts in tariff.
  • All the complimentary inclusions in the package mentioned and the one termed under the inclusions section are services & goods provided by the resorts and B2B Bali does not undertake a guarantee for it.
  • In case of Booking done through any promoter, agent, B2B Bali Business Executive, the social media chat (whatsapp etc) is invalid until received or communicated through official mail. B2B Bali does not authorise any commitments made until on record in the official reservations mail.
  • The booking, once confirmed from your traveller/agent, will be processed offline, and it may take 48 - 72 hrs, to get the confirmation, for service. In case the hotel is not available due to some reason, then we will be offering you similar hotel options within the same budget.
  • On cancelling activities/experiences marked as “Non-Refundable” on the final travel vouchers, the customer will be eligible for a zero refund.
  • For activities, which have been marked as “Refundable” on the final travel vouchers, the refunds & timeline will be applicable as mentioned under the “Cancellation Policy” section & in the final itinerary.
  • All the cruise activities, including sunset/sunrise cruise, dolphin cruise, local island visit, sandbank tour, and all others mentioned in the inclusions, complimentary section, honeymoon section are subject to weather, sea tides & other facts. Also the resort has the right for the denial of the activity & B2B Bali does not take responsibility for the same. The refund or reimbursement in case will be subject to resort approval.
  • All the City Tours/Island Tours/Transfers/Pickup & Drop services via shared/private cab/van/ferry/longtailboat/speedboat are non-transferable. The tours missed/cancelled cannot be scheduled for any other day/night throughout the travel timeline of days & nights in the package purchased unless mentioned.
  • All the City Tours/Island Tours/Transfers/Pickup & Drop services via shared/private cab/van/ferry/longtailboat/speedboat mentioned are strictly followed within a timeline. DMC is not responsible for any tour missed, skipped, cancelled by the tour operators/supplier. Also due to any calamity/time/climate/weather or any other reason the tour can be minimised to lesser destinations/excursions than mentioned.
  • The tour schedule is for all the places mentioned in the itinerary. The guest is required to keep tabs on the timeline for the entire day and spend time on the spots as evenly distributed.
  • Tickets once purchased for International transfers via flight/ferry/bus/cab/van/ferry/longtailboat/speedboat is non-refundable & non-transferable and cannot be used again during the trip.
  • For all transfers/tours/flights, if missed refunds according to policy and their timelines will be applicable as mentioned under the “Cancellation Policy & Refund Policy” section of the product and in the final itinerary.
  • The speedboat/seaplane transfers are carried out directly by resort, OTA booking agency, Bali DMC, local service provider in Bali on chargeable basis and are not paid by B2B Bali. The cancellation of the transportation due to any circumstances & including weather, tide will not be borne by B2B Bali as it does not take further responsibility of transportation. Therefore the airfare/ferry charge whether increased fare or not for speedboat/seaplane will be borne by the traveller.
  • In case of any refund processed for airfare, hotel fare, flight/ferry/bus/cab/van/ferry/longtailboat/ or experience, the refund amount will be calculated from ticket value fare/base fare of the ticket excluding the additional charges, convenience fee & commission paid for the same.
  • All the bookings made are partially-refundable at the end of Bali Bali. Therefore in case of cancellation we will be requesting our on-ground DMC/vendor/tour-operator/cab partner & resort for the same and the same after deduction will be presented to customers & agents.
  • B2B Bali DMC is not responsible for rejection/cancellation/theft of visa/passport documents which are valid for travel. The cancellation on “non-refundable” booking due to any above mentioned reason will result in zero refund for “refundable bookings” refund applicable as per cancellation policy mentioned on the booking voucher.
  • According to our contracts with the stay partner, flight vendors, on-ground vendors, sharing of internal communication documents of any form, mail, account, remittance, personal ID’s, executive’s contact information, are banned for sharing with our agents/customers.
  • Sharing of the details of other fellow travellers/customers travelling within the collective group on the same flight/PNR staying at same hotel, performing the same tour, sharing transfers is strictly prohibited.
  • Payment collection/Transfers/Remittance/Payments to or from our vendors/partners/partner DMC/hotels/resorts/villas/flight vendors are internal affairs between B2B Bali DMC and the former. Customer/Agent/Traveller has no right to internal information for the same.
  • B2B Bali DMC reserves the right to charge TAC (Travel Agency Commission) & (TSC++) Travel Service/Convenience Fee & Transactional Fee even in the case of 100% cancellation as services of sales rep, selection & making/suggestion of itinerary/hotel/flights/experiences along with booking & cancellation services is provided.
  • On Payment of B.AMT (Booking Amount) by customer/traveller, B2B Bali DMC reserves & holds the flight tickets & hotel reservations with temporary PNR for the given date. Following this we receive payment deadlines from Flight & Hotel vendors and shared with customers/travellers as scheduled payment.
  • These bookings can get cancelled due to the delay in payment/payment not made/automatic release of booking due to non-payment by customer/traveller/agent and subject to be “non-refundable” or “refundable” as suggested on travel vouchers. The customer/traveller will be eligible for a zero refund in case of “non-refundable” bookings.
  • Complete installment of booking amount, advance amount & final payment must be made and received in the bank account of the DMC before the due date/cut off date of each installment to avoid cancellation due to non-payment or delayed payment.
  • It is required to mail at care@b2bbalidmc.com or connect on +91-11-406-401-87 for informing if installment/payment is delayed.
  • B2B Bali DMC reserves the right to charge TAC (Travel Agency Commission) & (TSC) Travel Service/Convenience Fee even in the case of 100% cancellation as services of sales rep, selection & making/suggestion of itinerary/hotel/experiences/flights along with booking & cancellation services is provided.
  • B2B Bali DMC is not obliged to remind or set reminders for Travellers/Partners in case of due payments against their reservations.
  • B2B Bali DMC reserves the right to discontinue the applied discount, reimbursement, refund anytime for individual booking id or traveller.
  • In case of insurance service availed to cover the trip’s unforeseen expenses by the customer/agent following a cancellation of booking due to regular/medical cancellation/non-payment/delayed payment, B2B Bali DMC will not be liable to pay to the customer. The insurance company will be liable to reimburse the financial loss to the traveller.
  • B2B Bali reserves the right to withhold & forfeit the amount paid by the traveller in case of any legal action, complaint to authorities is made by the traveller, until the outcome & judgement passed for the same case.
  • We consider the traveller accepts all terms of service post attaching these detailed brief of All Inclusions, Package Does not Include, Honeymoon Inclusions, Important Points, Procedure, Reservation Policy, Cancellation Policy (Regular & Medical), Refund Policy, Pricing & Payment Policy & Terms and Conditions along with the Policies attached within the link published on our website www.b2bbalidmc.com under subdomain legal.b2bbalidmc.com on mail & customer itinerary.
  • Reimbursement of sponsorship or additional service provided On-Journi will be processed within a time frame of 6-7 business working days. Reimbursements are different from refunds and are subject to sponsorship & discounts terms & conditions.
  • Service vouchers & Booking invoice is released post complete payment of the tour is received and settled in the bank account.
  • In case of re-issue of tickets/service & Rescheduling, Re-Issuing the fare difference is calculated as New Fare - Amount Paid (For ticket value only) (Original ticket value refers to Base Fare of the ticket excluding Sale Price).
  • In case of re-issue of tickets/service & Rescheduling, Re-Issuing B2B Bali DMC will not be providing the sponsorship discount, additional discount or any complimentary freebie services in case Rescheduling, Re-Issuing, re-issuing charges are paid and compensated by the DMC.
  • In case of re-issuing the services post cancellation by medical issue/hazard/natural disaster/non-payment/delayed payment/any changes in fare for the subjects booked will be borne by the traveller. The airfare/ferry/hotel fare charge if increased from the value fare will be borne by the traveller along with fare difference & service fee. The cost is calculated as Reissue Charges + Fare Difference + Service Fee++.
  • In case of Rescheduling, Re-Issuing the services booked under a reservations ID or post cancellation any changes in fare for the subjects booked will be borne by the traveller. The cost is calculated as Rescheduling, Re-Issuing Charges + Fare Difference + Service Fee++.
  • “Review Discount Coupons as RDC” are given against testimonial reviews. If a review discount coupon is applied and the customer/agent receives a discount in the form of money adjusted in the total billing amount, then it is required for guests to share an honest testimonial review in the form of website/online review/video testimonial post completion of the trip before arrival. B2B Bali DMC reserves the right to revoke the discount availed against the RDC if the contract is violated by the traveller/customer or agency.
  • Breach of this contract/Ethical misconduct can lead to termination of entire booking with amount forfeited. B2B Bali DMC reserves the right to suspend all operations and cancel the bookings in case unethical practices, use of foul or abusive language, call harassment, towards sales, operations, on-ground, support manager & employee staff are found. The code of conduct is mentioned under Terms & Conditions.

This Terms of Service Agreement (hereinafter "Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions by which we, provide the B2B Bali DMC Trade Mark by Private Limited Application Services to site visitors, users, registered members and account holders. By visiting our site, using any of the tools and services provided via our site, or registering an account, you thereby agree to be bound by each of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

We may automatically amend this Agreement at any time by informing you of the amended terms via email to an email address you provide to us, if you are a registered account holder. Such amendments will be effective when sent to your last known email address. It is your duty to keep your email address up to date and to maintain a valid email address and to ensure that emails we send you are not filtered or stopped by spam filters or other types of email blocking functionalities. While we are not and cannot be responsible for your own connection to the Internet, or the functionality of your own private systems or software existing outside of our B2B Bali DMC Trade Mark by Private Limited Network, we guarantee that you will, except for those conditions mentioned above, be able to access the B2B Bali DMC Trade Mark by Private Limited Application Services 99.9% of the time.


Limited Warranty

If for some reasons the B2B Bali DMC Trade Mark by Private Limited Application Services do not meet our stringent standard of availability, you may request a refund in the amount of 5% of your Monthly License Fee. Refunds will be issued in the form of a credit towards your next invoice, unless the affected month was pre-established by you as your final month of service, and you have informed us of that in writing prior to the service outage and in such cases your refund will be issued via check or credit card order (at our sole option) within 60 days of your request and upon our verification of the service outage, including the actual amount of downtime.


Scheduled Maintenance

We makes every effort to perform all service maintenance activities during pre-scheduled maintenance windows. Currently, the maintenance windows are set for Friday and Saturday evenings, from 10:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. Indian Standard Time, We may not utilize every maintenance window. If system downtime is planned during any maintenance window, we will issue an announcement prior to the date of the planned maintenance activity.


Billing Policies

1. You will be billed for services you have selected to receive on a recurring basis until and unless the service(s) we are providing is cancelled by you. You may select from monthly, quarterly, or yearly recurring billing plans. By accepting any of our services, you agree to keep us updated as to your billing information.

2. Accounts that have become delinquent (more than 10 days past due) are subject to deactivation without further notice being given to you.

3. Our charges are not based upon actual usage of the B2B Bali DMC Trade Mark by Private Limited service, but instead, are based upon a license fee that entitles you to use the B2B Bali DMC Trade Mark by Private Limited service. You must specifically cancel any service that you no longer wish to use and pay for.

4. You agree to hold our company, its officers, directors, employees, partners, affiliates and associates harmless and indemnify and defend from any civil claim of any nature that arises from your usage of the B2B Bali DMC Trade Mark by Private Limited Application Services. You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of our Acceptable Use Policy which is hereby incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein.


Termination & Additional Terms

1. We may terminate this Agreement immediately for any reason without notice to you. Your account will be terminated if you violate any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2. WE PROVIDE YOUR ACCOUNT AND OUR SERVICES ON AN "AS IS" BASIS, SUBJECT TO THE LIMITED WARRANTY PROVIDED HEREIN, OUR SUPPLIERS, PARTNERS AND AFFILIATES, IF ANY, AND WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, SAVE FOR OUR LIMITED WARRANTY PROVIDED HEREIN, INCLUDING ALL FURTHER AND ADDITIONAL EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NONINFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
