B2B Bali DMC (TM) Private Limited , Parent Company to B2B Bali DMC, accessible from https://b2bbalidmc.com/ ,recognizes the importance of data privacy and respect the privacy of our user and visitors on all our platforms (channels).

This Terms of Refund & Cancellation Policy Agreement (hereinafter "Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions by which we, provide the B2B Bali Trade Mark by Private Limited Application Services to site visitors, users, registered members and account holders. By visiting our site, using any of the tools and services provided via our site, or registering an account, you thereby agree to be bound by each of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Refund Policy

• TAC & GST: Paid once to the government is non-refundable. Payment is done post invoice creation.
• Booking Refund: 100% refundable in case of cancellation due to:
  • Medical issues (subject to acceptance by on-ground hotel/flight/DMC partner)
  • Geopolitical issues
  • Cancellation via hotel/flight/DMC partner
• Non-Refundable Amounts: TAC, TSC & B.AMT collected by DMC against services, sales booking, reservations & operations are non-refundable.
• Refund Variance: Refund amounts may vary based on resort, room category, or flights booked via B2B Bali.
• Refund Timeline: Once approved, refund may take 45–60 working days in worst-case scenarios, including ROE conversion (USD to INR) and transaction charges.
• Required Documents: Invoices & bill receipts from resort, hotel, taxi, flight, or any purchased tickets are required for reimbursement.
• Missed Events: Refunds or reimbursements for missed events will be provided after confirmation from resort/transfer/service supplier.
• Refund Credit: Any approved refund for unused services will be credited to the partner/customer wallet linked to the booking ID.
